SmileSip is a U.S.-based functional beverage brand. Its lead product is an oral health drink mix formulated with clinically studied ingredients, positioned at the intersection of dental care and everyday hydration.

Challenge

SmileSip is creating a new product category. "Oral health drink" has no existing shelf in retail, no obvious comparable in DTC, and no established consumer vocabulary. The storefront had to educate first-time visitors on what the product is, who it's for, and why it works, while also serving repeat customers who already understood the value proposition. A single static launch site couldn't carry that load — the brand needed a system that could test messaging, refine PDPs, and run campaigns in tight cycles.
