NotionOS — Operations System Design

Kaefam Labs

Kaefam Labs had just refreshed its visual identity and needed a Webflow site that applied the new system at scale — presentation, product catalog, and a CMS the internal team could update directly. The build replaced an older, harder-to-edit setup and brought the digital presence in line with the rebrand.

About

Kaefam Labs

Kaefam Labs is a wellness brand operating in the personal care category, part of a broader family group of brands.

Challenge

A new brand system without a coherent place to apply it. Kaefam Labs had updated its identity but its existing web presence didn't reflect the change, and the internal team couldn't update copy or imagery without engineering help. The site needed to do two jobs at once: function as a brand application surface and as an editable product catalog the team could maintain over time.

Services

  • Webflow site with custom CMS structure for products and content
  • Responsive design for desktop and mobile
  • Custom interactions and animations
  • SEO foundations and metadata structure
  • Google Analytics and Meta Pixel integration
  • Editor training and limited post-launch support

Approach

A short, scoped Webflow engagement structured around a brief-and-benchmark phase, design with two review rounds, and development with weekly progress checkpoints. Webflow's native CMS was selected for editorial autonomy after launch, with training included in the scope so the team could publish without ticket dependence.

  • Brief, content audit, and competitive benchmark
  • Information architecture and low-fidelity wireframes
  • Visual design with two review rounds
  • Webflow CMS modeling and front-end development
  • Editor training and post-launch support window

Outcome

Translating a New Brand Identity Into a Self-Manageable Product Site

The Kaefam Labs team gained direct editorial control over the site and a CMS structured around how the brand actually publishes — products, sections, and content blocks they own. The site now functions as a working application of the brand identity rather than a static interpretation of it.
