A real estate developer with an active project portfolio needed a site that did more than display properties. Inquiries from prospects had to flow directly into the brokerage workflow, not get lost in email forwards or copy-pasted into a CRM by hand. The internal team also needed to add and edit projects themselves — the catalog had to stay current without engineering involvement.

A WordPress build modeled around the developer's project portfolio as the primary content type, with Tokko Brokers integrated so inquiries from the site landed directly inside the brokerage dashboard. The admin structure was designed so the internal team could add and update projects directly, with consistent layouts that didn't require design rework for each new entry.

Meta Desarrollos operates a self-managed property catalog with inquiries flowing directly into the brokerage's CRM. The internal team adds and updates projects without engineering involvement, and lead handling no longer relies on manual data entry between systems.
