A real estate developer site that needed to do more than showcase properties. Inquiries arriving from the site had to flow directly into the brokerage workflow, not get lost in email forwards or copy-pasted into a CRM by hand. The internal team also needed to add and edit properties themselves — the catalog had to stay current without engineering involvement.

The build worked from finished design files delivered by Estudio Nuar, translating them into a responsive WordPress theme with a property catalog and direct integration to the brokerage's CRM. Tokko Brokers was integrated so inquiries from the site landed directly in the brokerage dashboard rather than as untracked email forwards. A self-managed catalog and direct inquiry capture were treated as the core requirements, not add-ons.
