E-Commerce Development

Dos Muebles is an Argentine furniture brand producing timeless pieces in solid wood, sold alongside a curated range of home accessories. Brand and visual design were led by Estudio Nuar; Metamensaje delivered the Tiendanube development.
Challenge
Furniture doesn't sell the way fast-moving consumer goods do. Purchases are high-consideration and slow, with customers weighing materials, dimensions, and lead times before committing — so the storefront had to carry real product detail without becoming a spec sheet. The catalog also runs on two tracks at once: made-to-order pieces with production lead times, and stock available for immediate delivery. Those are different purchase paths, and collapsing them into one undifferentiated grid would have created the wrong expectation at exactly the wrong moment. The team needed to manage both directly, without engineering involvement each time stock or a collection changed.

Deliverables
Approach
A Tiendanube build working from Estudio Nuar's designs, with the catalog structured so immediate-delivery stock and made-to-order pieces stay legible as separate paths rather than competing in a single feed. Product pages were built to carry material and dimension detail at the depth this category needs, and the checkout flow was tuned for mobile, where most of the browsing happens. Admin structure was set up so the team could add collections, rotate stock, and update pieces on its own.

Outcome
A Tiendanube Storefront for an Argentine Furniture Brand
Dos Muebles launched on Tiendanube with a storefront its team can update directly — adding products, running promotions, and managing the catalog without engineering involvement.
